Discipleship program
The discipleship program, guided by Pastor Junior Cineas, is dedicated to nurturing spiritual growth and developing servant-hearted leaders. Rooted in Biblical teaching, the program emphasizes mentoring individuals to lead with wisdom and humility, modeling selfless service as a cornerstone of Christian faith. Through engaging sessions, participants deepen their understanding of Scripture and learn to embody Christ-like values in their communities.
In partnership with The Romans Project in Haiti, Pastor Junior also equips pastors with tools to
preach and effectively share the Word of God. This initiative strengthens local churches,
fostering a unified mission to inspire transformation through faith and love.
Evangelism Program
At the heart of the RHM ministry lies its evangelism program, led by Pastor Junior Cineas, which embodies the mission of reaching others where they are. Grounded in the belief that every person has a God-shaped hole only Jesus can fill, the program helps individuals recognize their deep spiritual need and the transformative power of a relationship with Christ.
Accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior is presented as the most important decision one can
make—a decision that brings purpose, peace, and eternal life. Pastor Junior leads by example, inspiring and equipping others to share the Gospel boldly and compassionately.
Evangelism is not just a program but a way of life for all members of RHM. Each person is called to live out the Gospel's importance by sharing its truth and love in their daily lives. Together, they are committed to advancing God's kingdom, one soul at a time.
healthcare program
Healthcare has become the newest cornerstone of RHM’s ministry, expanding its mission to meet physical and spiritual needs. With years of experience delivering mobile medical services alongside American mission teams, RHM is now focusing on building a sustainable community health program.
By empowering trained Haitian national healthcare providers, RHM is prioritizing healthy pregnancies, providing vital resources for prenatal care, and conducting wellness checks for babies and toddlers in small, underserved communities. These initiatives are designed to promote lasting health and well-being for families while fostering trust and relationships within the communities.
Through compassionate care, RHM demonstrates the love of Jesus Christ, offering hope and healing that reaches beyond physical needs. This program embodies the belief that addressing health concerns creates opportunities to share the transformative power of the Gospel.
Education program
The foundation of RHM’s mission was built on the vision to provide a quality education for 20 Haitian girls raised together as sisters in an orphanage. This groundbreaking "pilot program" has already achieved remarkable success, with 10 of these young women graduating from high- quality, U.S.-accredited, English-speaking Christian schools. The remaining 10 are currently enrolled in Liberty University’s Online Academy, diligently working toward their high school diplomas.
Many of the program’s graduates are now pursuing advanced education in fields such as Engineering, Architecture, Medicine, Nursing, Interior Design, Massage Therapy, Aesthetic Training, and Early Childhood Education. These ambitious young women dream of completing their programs and using their skills to uplift other young women in Haiti, creating a ripple effect of opportunity and transformation.
RHM is driven by the belief that investing in education, especially for young women, is one of
the most powerful ways to improve the well-being of families, communities, and entire nations.
By equipping these women with knowledge and faith, RHM seeks to impact Haiti for Christ,
fostering a generation of leaders who will inspire hope and change in their country.

We are absolutely thrilled to have boots on the ground missionaries with Josh and Paige serving with Raising Hope in Haiti! Their journey with RHM began at its inception, and they’ve spent several incredible years living in Haiti as a family. As dedicated members of the RHM Team, they will bring consistent oversight to our mission and all the exciting new ministry activities we are launching, continuing the impactful work that Servants in Fellowship has been doing since 2012!
