meet the team
Josh & paige
We are absolutely thrilled to have boots on the ground missionaries with Josh and Paige serving with Raising Hope in Haiti! Their journey with RHM began at its inception, and they’ve spent several incredible years living in Haiti as a family. As dedicated members of the RHM Team, they will bring consistent oversight to our mission and all the exciting new ministry activities we are launching, continuing the impactful work that Servants in Fellowship has been doing since 2012!
tim & toby
Tim and Toby Banks, the visionary founders of Raising Hope Ministries (RHM), embody a deep passion for serving others through the love of Christ. As missionaries in Haiti from 2005 to 2014, they poured their hearts into empowering communities and nurturing the next generation. Compelled by their enduring love for Haiti, they established RHM in 2021 to extend the mission God placed on their hearts years ago. While working full-time in the United States, Tim and Toby remain steadfast in their commitment, frequently returning to invest in the lives of the Haitian people. Their greatest joy has been witnessing the transformation of the young girls from the HOPE Orphanage into strong, faithful women eager to serve others in Jesus' name. Through RHM, Tim and Toby areequipping these women—and many others—to thrive through education, build their faith, and lead lives of purpose that inspire others to follow Christ.
Pastor Junior
Pastor Jean Junior Cineas is a passionate servant of Christ who has dedicated his life to bringing hope and transformation to the people of Haiti. Growing up in a family steeped in voodoo practices, Junior experienced a radical transformation when he accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior. His faith decision cost him his place in his family, but God provided a new family through American missionaries who raised him in Haiti. Although he initially pursued medical school, Junior followed God’s leading and earned a Master of Divinity in the United States. Upon returning to Haiti, he embraced his calling to minister to his people with unrelenting zeal. Junior now leads our evangelism and discipleship programs, heads The Romans Project in Haiti, organizes construction teams to build homes for families displaced by gang violence, implements clean water solutions, oversees an intern program, and tirelessly serves in countless other ways. His energy and faithfulness inspire many, and you can follow his adventures in“Pastor Junior’s Corner.”
